I’m really pleased to be participating in the 3rd Conference of the Center for Electroacoustic Music (CEAM) at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and to present my latest research paper.
On how to encounter with contemporary works, based on an examination of several psychological, philosophical, artistic and, of course, empirical perspectives.
And looking at some important works of the 20th century by Edgard Varèse, John Cage, Sofia Gubaidulina, Alvin Lucier and Pierre Schaeffer.

CEAM has been based at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory since 2006. The Center develops in several directions: educational, creative and research. Over the years, CEAM has cooperated with leading Russian and international institutions, including the International Confederation of Electroacoustic Music (ICEM), IRCAM, the Edison Studio, Moscow Philharmonic, and contemporary music festivals (reMusik.org in St.Petersburg, the ‘Moscow Forum’, Diaghilev Festival in Perm). CEAM has a multidisciplinary team that includes sound engineering and music programming specialists, researchers, composers, media artists and performers. Since 2023 CEAM has curated the ‘Artemiev’ art space, which hosts audiovisual exhibitions, artistic talks, and performances.
The Center is headed by composer Nikolai Popov.

در مورد چگونه مواجه شدن با آثار معاصر, بررسی چند دیدگاه روانشناسی، فلسفی, هنری و البته تجربی.
و با نگاهی به چند اثر مهم قرن بیستم از ادگارد وارز, جان کیج, سوفیا گوبایدولینا, آلوین لوسیر و پیر شفر.
این برنامه روز شنبه ساعت شش عصر به وقت روسیه میباشد.
مرکز موسیقی الکتروآکوستیک، حدود نوزده سال قبل فعالیت خود را با همکاری خیلی از موسسات پیشرو روسی و بین‌المللی آغاز کرده است از جمله: کنفدراسیون بین‌المللی موسیقی الکتروآکوستیک، استودیو ادیسون، فیلارمونیک مسکو و جشنواره‌های موسیقی معاصر در سن پترزبورگ و مسکو.
