About this Album:
Following the tradition of the Post-Orientalism Community and in line with last year, the Post-Orientalism label has prepared the second compilation album featuring composers, titled “Nowruz Festival”, for release.
Nowruz is one of the few ancient celebrations that is neither rooted in religion nor tied to hierarchical power structures. For us, Nowruz is a space of pluralism—a place where the dynamism of thought is honored beyond the boundaries of gender, belief, and geography.
Since the mixing and mastering of each piece are integral to the composer’s creative process, this collection will be published in two formats along with an accompanying booklet:
Pre-release Album
This edition, available for four months, will not undergo any homogenization of sound. A world built upon heterogeneity does not need artificial uniformity. Our suggestion is: after listening to each track, pause and give yourself time to let the piece settle in your mind before another sound takes its place.
Final Release
In this edition, the track order will be presented with the final mastering. Listeners who acquire the pre-release will automatically be able to download the final album upon release.
